This 1-day workshop is designed to be an incubator for personal change.
In order to make change in the world, we must start with ourselves. In this half day workshop, you will be invited to explore with other socially conscious young adults how to connect with who you are and what you stand for. You will also experience how to use mindful self-compassion to relate more skilfully to self-limiting beliefs, in the service of living the life you want. Places are limited to 20 people with half of all proceeds going to YGAP's new new social enterprise project Feast of Merit
Place of Merit: Receive a wellbeing boost by performing a random act of kindness. Gift a "Place of Merit" by signing up a friend who you think would benefit, and feel the good karma!
YGAP (Y-Generation Against Poverty) is an incubator for social change. The inspiring team at YGAP work to empower communities disadvantaged by poverty to become self-sustainable. They support youth education and youth leadership projects across Australia, Asia and Africa.
